 5. PRICES

The prices listed on the website are in euros and include all tax charges (24% VAT). Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are shown during the order and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.

6. AVAILABILITY

7. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The louloudialefteris.gr will not be held responsible for any consequences due to delayed delivery or loss of the parcel by the carrier.
Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and, if not, you must indicate any anomalies on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten comments after signature.

The return of products will not be accepted except for products that are in their original condition, with their original packaging.

14. RETURN POLICY

Defective products:

The customer is obliged upon receipt, to check the products to confirm the absence of defects, and in the event that there are defects, he/she is entitled to refuse the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor, announcing the existence of defects within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the item. If this deadline is exceeded, the customer loses all relevant rights. Our online store is obliged in a short period of time to replace this item with a new one. In the case of simple delivery of the item not to a natural person, it shall be deemed to have been delivered in perfect condition externally and without noticeable defects.

Returns of products at the charge of louloudialefteris.gr is carried out:

1. In all cases where products other than those chosen by the customer are delivered, by type or quantity.

6. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the option "pick up from the store", it will be done by returning the money to him from the store from which the product was received. The return of both the product and the price must be made within fourteen (14) working days at the latest.
7. If the products are returned damaged or incomplete the online store louloudialefteris.gr has the right to claim compensation from the customer.

Right of withdrawal

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the sale within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, if the packaging of the product has not been opened and of course the product has not been put into operation.
2. Start of the withdrawal period. For sales contracts, the withdrawal period shall start on the day on which the product is delivered to the customer or to a third party indicated by the customer.
3. This withdrawal is made without any obligation for the customer to state the reasons and without any charge. If the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly as received. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the online store for sending the item to him as well as the shipping costs for the return of the item.
4. The withdrawal statement is made in writing or electronically and our online store is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it is received.
5. Following the declaration of withdrawal, the online store is obliged to refund the price received. The refund to the customer is made as follows: A. In the case of credit card billing: if by the time the withdrawal and refund of the item has been paid by the Bank, the store is obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will perform any action provided for under the contract it has drawn up with the customer. Β. In the case of cash on delivery payment, the refund to the customer will be made through a deposit to a bank account (IBAN) indicated by the customer. Γ. In the event that the Customer chooses pick-up from the store and payment in the store, then the sale is not considered as a distance contract and therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply.
6. The return of products by the customer should be made without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day of notification of withdrawal to the online store. In no case, no products will be accepted without prior written or electronic notification of withdrawal.
7. The customer in case of withdrawal returns the product at his own expense and his own risk during transport. The products that the customer wishes to return must be in exactly the same condition in which they were received, i.e. without having been opened or unsealed or the packaging has been tampered with.
8. Excluded from the withdrawal are products whose packaging has been opened and products that are returned with damage, which were caused after receipt by the customer.
