Description
It is a very special plant with large glossy and leathery leaves and the most characteristic part of the plant is the slits and holes in the foliage.
Care
It is a plant that prefers bright places, but it also tolerates shady spots. Avoid direct contact with the sun's rays, however.
Watering
Keep the soil moist without over-watering it because excess moisture will cause rotting of the trunk and root system. In short, water
when the soil starts to become slightly dry.
Temperature
The ideal temperature is: 18-27 °C with a cold resistance limit (10 °C)
Transplanting
Use soil suitable for houseplants with good drainage (enriched peat). Replant every 2-3 years.
Tips
The new leaves of the plant do not show cracks like the mature ones. Then the fissures form when conditions are ideal.
