Description

The pachira is an impressive small tree that in recent years we often see in living rooms, offices and business premises. Although in its natural habitat, the pachira tree can reach a height of more than 10 metres, indoors its height varies between 1-2 metres. The pachira has glossy, five-lobed leaves and distinctive, beautiful trunks (usually 3) that are intertwined. According to feng shui, it belongs to the houseplants that enhance good luck and prosperity in homes and business premises, an ideal gift for new businesses and newly married couples.

Care

Pachira is one of the hardiest houseplants and needs very little care. It grows best in a bright place indoors, where the direct rays of the sun don't hit it to prevent burns and brown spots on the leaves. Because of its great adaptability, the pachira can also grow in a place where we have less light.

Watering:

Keep the soil moist without over-watering because excess moisture will cause yellowing and leaf drop. In short, water when the soil starts to become slightly dry.

Temperature:

Pachira is sensitive to low temperatures that can lead to the fall of its foliage. During the winter period, make sure to place it away from frosted windows, as well as radiators.

Transplanting:

We provide lightweight plant soil for indoor plants (peat) that ensures good drainage to remove water from watering and make sure to empty the water left in the saucer after watering.
